Parents, do you need technology help

while your student is learning from home?

Ms. Schwanke is the Library Media Specialist and is now also the Technology Liaison for Parents. If you have technology-related questions or need help, you can email her at cschwanke@tps501.org any time and she will work to get back to you within 24 hours. (You can also call 295 3859, but this may take longer.)

The best way to get help is to describe very specifically what is happening and what you have tried so we can narrow down the issue. When you run into a problem, be ready to take a screenshot (ctrl + window switch key at the top center of the keyboard), copy to clipboard, and paste it into an email to me explaing the problem. This is your best bet of getting the problem fixed the first time you ask for help! It is very hard to fix a problem if we don't know exactly what it is.
